October 2016 Calendar of Writing-Related Events - updated 10/2

Greetings, fellow writers. The following meetings scheduled for this month are shown below. If you know of any other events not listed below, please send a message to whitesborowriters@gmail.com and we'll update this post. All events listed are free of charge and held at the Dunham Public Library, 76 Main Street, Whitesboro, NY unless otherwise noted.

Our new ANTHOLOGY is in the works. Since this is the time of year when plants wither, having completed their growing season, and many other life forms give up the ghost seemingly in sympathy, our new ebook has a DEATH THEME. It's called "Last Darn Rites" - for full details see LAST DARN RITES e-book . We challenge you to be a part of this compellingly gruesome project!

If any of you have ideas about expanding the writing group options, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Someone suggested forming a non-fiction writing group but we have yet to see it advertised.

Halloween is coming, and we would like to remind you that our ebook, HALLOWEEN MUSINGS & AMUSINGS, is still available on Amazon. Just click on the links on this page and you'll be on your way to the Kindle store. A portion of the proceeds from this and all of our books are donated to our library.

As always, keep writing!
