Hello again, writers! There are plenty of writing opportunities in the summer months. All of the events listed are FREE and will be held in the Whitesboro library unless otherwise noted.
If you have questions about library events, or need more information, you can always phone the library at 736-9734 or visit the library's website: whitesborolibrary.org
If you have any events you'd like us to add, drop us an email or a message on Facebook.
We are in the process of adding more features to this monthly calendar. We recently received this, which we happily pass along to all of you:
There's the ongoing members workshop, peer review and advice centre, silverpenwriters.org., which we offer to prospective writers from age 13 and up - registered with IRS as non-profit and who carefully monitor forum and workshop to prevent offence and inane reviews - if your members would be interested. Membership is free and you get your first upload on the house, the rest based on points gleaned from reviews: which are sparing - we're growing - but always valuable.
Advice is available on tap and there are many articles as resources so that writers who want to improve their skill can do so in a friendly, but not a pat on the back for any old tripe atmosphere. - Perry McDaid
