Final Informal Writing Workshop of 2015 - October 29

A change of plan, loyal writers! We have so much terrific material for our Halloween project that we needn't devote the last workshop to it as well.  Let's spend our time in the last meeting of 2015 doing something else.

Do you have some writing problems you'd like help with? Bring in examples and we'll make suggestions for their resolution. Also, we could:

  • Suggest future projects, workshop ideas for 2016,
  • Discuss some of  the typical ways writers stray off the path - including punctuation, grammar, syntax, spelling, logic bombs, cliche's and so on.
  • Review the differences between first, second and third person point of view.
  • Your ideas? Post them in the comments section below.

The workshop is open to all and will take place from 2 - 4 PM on Thursday October 29 in the boardroom.

Hope to see you there.

Suggestions for 2016 workshop would be very good.

Writing the same idea in 1st, 2nd and 3rd view would be a good practice thing. Which way works better.

Syntax and logic bombs seems to be BIG problems when writing, at least for me.

Thanks- we can do all of these, time permitting.
