"Company's Coming" to the library

Hello writers,

Summer is almost here but does anyone feel like writing? We hope so!  If you do, please join us at the Dunham Public Library's writing group meeting on Monday, June 23rd at 6 PM.  This is the original writing group facilitated by our  fearless leader, Jerry Finklestein.

The topic for June  is "Company's Coming".  Your prose can be fiction or non-fiction, whichever suits your style best. All stories originating from this group can be published on the library's own website if you wish.

In addition, Jerry has challenged us to write a SIX WORD AUTOBIOGRAPHY. Imagine condensing your entire life story into 6 words! What would YOURS say?

Jerry gave us some examples last time. The most haunting one was by Ernest Hemingway, which reads: "For Sale: Baby shoes, Never worn."  This is sometimes called a "flash novel". For more information, follow the link below:
