We've been plotting for a month, and tomorrow we will begin telling our tale. Come join us as we launch the new daytime writing group at our wonderful library!
Dunham Public Library, 76 Main Street |
The general plan is to introduce ourselves, then attend to business: we'll determine the best day and time to meet each month, and vote on a name that reflects our purpose. Details will be dealt with and FAQ's shall be revealed. Then the fun begins!
April Bliss, the library director, has graciously agreed to lend us a projector to demonstrate the appearance and navigation of the blogs, which are set up and awaiting stories to publish. Your stories!
Finally....BEST FOR LAST! Anyone who wants to read a brief (up to 400 words) original story is encouraged to do so. We'll offer constructive comments and maybe earn some compliments. We will publish your stories if you wish. You'll discover how easy it is to do that tomorrow.
Can't come tomorrow but have a story you're willing to share? Email it to us by 9 AM on May 15th and one of us will read it for you, time permitting. (Or if you prefer, we'll post it for you on the blog.)
Join us Thursday at 2, upstairs in the Board Room, if you can. If not, we're always available via email whitesborowriters@gmail.com.
As always, keep writing!
